8: Things – Happening (2)

The outer world of people and actions and things happening has always annoyed me intently, for it ruins and undermines and detracts from any peace of mind that I might have had the good fortune to stumble into. For it is the peace of mind that is more important than anything, yet how fragile a thing it is. Perhaps it never comes, and it never did, and I just assume that its absence means that it has been destroyed by the outer world, when it was never there, not even as a seedling, in the first place.

Not to be bothered by things – that, I think, is the ideal.

Not to have to do anything…
